Experimental Powerchair Base 4x4 - Part 3
Self built, technical Construction details - Started on 26th April 2003

 

Continued!  Now - 3rd May 03  Day 3...

Today we fitted the front bearings/plates etc to the other side! 

Now we have all four wheels, all bearings, motors, gearboxes, etc mounted!  Looks a bit like a train somehow?  Anyway, moving on...
So we took it into the daylight to get a proper picture or three.
The other side!
Now its started to get heavy, and Richard my mate is a bit of a wimp and cant carry it, so he takes it in and out on a lead like a dog.

 

 
Now its back in my bedroom/workshop... Soon it will do this under its own power!
This is its bottom!
